*All Vega jewelry is hand-made to order, therefore we do not accept Returns or Exchanges. If there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us at info@vegajewelry.com immediately.

*Please allow 4 weeks for all orders to ship. Rush orders may be available by request.

*All designs and images are property of Vega Jewelry and may not be reused or reprinted without express permission.

*Jewelry is delicate and should not be worn in the water or while engaging in rough physical activity (wink, wink)-if so, do at your own risk!

*Restrings and repairs are available for a fee. Life happens, we know, and want you to be able to enjoy your Vega.

*Vega avoids using toxic chemicals that keep jewelry unusually shiny and “brand-new” looking forever, therefore you may need to polish metal jewelry at some point in the future. Ph levels in skin and climate/humidity levels affect the rapidity of tarnishing. Also, never ever wear jewelry in a pool or hot-tub.
